1. Eligibility for Returns Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for returns. Certain items, such as intimate wear, customized products, or final sale items, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@hiparo.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

3. Refund Process Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hiparo.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

5. Non-Refundable Items Items not eligible for refunds include products that are not in their original condition, items damaged due to misuse, and products returned beyond the 15-day return window.
